We offer support in valuation, title searches, negotiation and closing.

Leases:

We offer support in valuation, negotiation, lease review, property management services, dispute resolution, invoice review and ensuring tenant improvements meet institutional needs and lease terms.

Easements:

We manage easements on behalf of campus and assist in valuations, negotiations and drafting/review of documentation.
