Our Contracts Administrator is responsible for overseeing the University’s construction-related contracts that support Facilities Services, Planning, Design & Construction, Engineering & Utilities, and Safety & Risk Management. This role ensures that all contracts are developed, executed, and managed efficiently to optimize financial and operational performance while reducing risk to the university.

These services typically include contracting and support for:

  • Architectural/Engineering design services
  • Construction services for both capital and non-capital projects
  • Facilities related consulting services
  • Feasibility and planning studies
  • Renovation projects
  • Materials Testing services
