The Real Estate Team, through University Facilities Management, directs leasing policy, property management services, antenna agreements, easements, acquisitions, dispositions, and real estate tax matters. We focus on creating value by integrating the management of the University's real estate assets into it's decision making processes.
Aurora Dreyer
Aurora was hired as the Real Estate Manager for Montana State University in October 2019.
While attending Colorado State University, Aurora began her real estate career, developing extensive expertise in property and operations management, escrow, transaction management, financial reporting, leasing, and strategic development. She has nearly 30 years of experience, grounded in both ownership and tenant perspectives.
Aurora’s experience managing and transacting a wide range of property types, from agricultural tracts to secure data centers, and everything in between, across the private, public, and medical sectors has given her a unique and comprehensive perspective on how real property can be strategically leveraged to best serve MSU faculty, staff, and students.
Sarah Rainwater
Sarah joined Montana State University in October 2023. Currently serving as the Contract Administrator, she manages essential documentation for construction contracts, Plant Fund requests and authority letters to support campus projects. She previously held the role of Real Estate and Contracts Associate.
Originally from Oregon, Sarah has lived in Montana for 18 years. She holds a degree in Spanish from Portland State University and has been a licensed real estate professional since 2021. Her background in real estate and contract management provides a strong foundation for overseeing the complex administrative requirements of University Facilities and infrastructure.
Dustin Hoff
Dustin is the Real Estate & Contracts Associate at Montana State University. A Bozeman native and Marine Corps veteran, Dustin served in Iraq and at multiple U.S. embassies across three continents before working as a U.S. State Department security contractor. Since returning to Bozeman, he has established himself as a real estate agent and holds degrees from MSU in American Studies and ASU in Global Security. He combines his background in high-stakes operations with local market expertise to support the university’s real estate and contracting needs.
