Some users are having issues with TOPAZ while using Chrome. If you are on a PC please use Firefox or Edge (not in Internet Explorer mode). If you are on a Mac please use Safari or Firefox. This issue has been reported to TOPAZ and they are working on a solution, but no timeframe of when if will be fixed. If you are still having issues, please contact nicole.soll1@montana.edu

Request to have privileges updated in TOPAZ for IRB protocols

If you need to have your privileges updated in TOPAZ for an IRB (human subjects) protocol, please complete the form below. Once your account has been updated you will recieve an email notification. These requests are usually processed within 48 business hours. 

Please note: Key Associate (view only) accounts will be created when required IRB training is complete. Trainings are uploaded twice a week. If you need to have your privileges updated complete the form.
