By checking the box I acknowledge per MSU parking regulations, section VI. p, "The purchase of annual and semester parking permits for privately owned vehicles and payment of parking citations shall not be paid from institutional funds."
If requesting a Departmental Bobcat permit:
During the Academic year, Monday through Friday, 6pm to 6am, and during the weekends, we restrict parking to Bobcat lots 18, 20, 25. However, during the day, Monday-Friday, 6am to 6pm, departmental permitted vehicles are valid to park in any Bobcat lot.

If this is a request for an annual or semester parking permit for a departmental vehicle, it must be a state vehicle. A confirmation email will be sent once your request has been processed. This can take up to 14 business days.

Requests made within 48 business hours of an event may not be fulfilled.
