iPad Rental
About the College of Arts and Architecture’s iPad loan program:
- iPads are available for loan to College of Arts and Architecture students on a first-come first-served basis. Reservations are not available.
- All students renting iPads must present valid photo ID (unexpired government issued IDs or CatCards) at the time of checkout.
- iPad loans are for the maximum duration of one semester. The iPads must be returned prior to finals week.
- No individual may checkout more than one iPad at a time.
- The College of Arts and Architecture reserves the right to deny an iPad loan at their discretion.
By being loaned an iPad by Montana State University’s College of Arts and Architecture, effective today’s date, I agree to the following:
- I assume responsibility of the iPad and any accessories so that they are not damaged or lost for the duration of the loan until all equipment is returned to the College of Arts and Architecture. This responsibility includes not leaving the equipment unattended, not using it around drinks or other liquids, etc.
- If any loaned equipment is damaged or lost, it must be reported to the College of Arts and Architecture within 24 hours via an email sent to caaithelp@montana.edu or by calling 406-994-5112.
- If any loaned equipment is damaged or lost due to negligence I understand that I may be responsible for some or all of the cost of any repairs or replacements.
- This equipment will be used in a safe and responsible manner and not in any way that would violate the law or the policies of Montana State University.
- Any iTunes, iCloud, or other personal accounts will be signed out of before returning the equipment. Additionally, all files or apps saved on this iPad will be deleted upon its return. The College of Arts and Architecture is not responsible for any data lost through this process.
- The iPad and any accessories are required to be returned before finals week each semester. The equipment should be returned to Cheever Hall room 126 between 8:00am and 4:00pm Monday through Friday. You may contact caaithelp@montana.edu or 406-994-5112 to request a check-in time.
