MT10 FAQs

Every month you complete your two incentive requirements, within the academic year, September-April. December and January are combined to give more time to complete incentives.

$250 credit balance will be applied to your student account each fall and spring semester to cover Inclusive Access and can be used toward other allowable purchases. 

Each month you must meet with your MTA (Montana 10 Advisor) and complete an additional requirement assigned, typically due around the 27th of that month.

If any of the incentives are not completed by the due date, you will miss the $50 incentive for that month.

You do not have one specific advisor — you can (and are advised to) meet with any of the four MT 10 Advisors. Schedule an appointment here.

We encourage you to make an appointment with your Academic Advisor. Which can be found in MyMSU, Degree Works, NAV, etc.

The MT 10 scholarship only covers four years. An extension will be considered on a case by case basis.

Yes. Peer Leader office hours will be posted each term. Come see us in SUB 370!

Peer Leader contact information is posted on the website, on office doors, and through announcements on NAV. Also, you can click here to schedule an appointment.

Peer Leaders can support you with academics, social connections, and campus resources. They offer guidance and share experiences but are not a replacement for tutors, faculty, or MTAs.

Yes. Meeting with multiple Peer Leaders is encouraged, as each brings different perspectives and experiences.
