The Space Management Committee recommends approval of the assignment of Reid Hall room 429 to support the newly established University Studies Director position, filled by Janet Heiss Arms. The Director provides academic and administrative oversight for multiple University Studies–related programs currently distributed across several campus buildings. Reid 429, a recently vacated office, offers an immediate solution without displacing other programs and provides proximity to the Leadership Fellows Certification Program housed in Reid Hall. This assignment addresses an immediate operational need and establishes a stable administrative base for a unit that spans multiple locations.
