Wendy Carr is the 4-H Livestock and Youth Devlopment, Commerical and Large Acerage
Agent for Sanders County. Wendy grew up in Sanders County on a cattle ranch outside
of Hot Springs that has been in her family since the Homestead Days. 4-H and the Agricultural
Community she grew up in inspired Wendy to become an Extension Agent and give back
to the community that shaped her. Wendy resides in Plains with her three daughters
and their many animals. Her role includes:
