Youth must be at least 13 years old as of October 1st of the current 4-H year and chaperones must be certified 4-H Volunteers or MSU Extension staff and at least 21 years of age. 

4-H Members need to have been "qualified" at the county level in the event you wish to compete in at Congress.  For more information, call the Hill County Extension office.
