The Hill County 4-H Foundation  serves to  aid and  promote, by financial  assistance and otherwise,  4-H programs in cooperation with the county extension office.  The Hill County 4-H Foundation's purpose is to create a fund to be used for educational purposes and activities in which 4-H members are engaged.
