Healthy Aging
As you grow older staying healthy and fit can mean more years doing what you love, living in your home, and enjoying all life has to offer. Our Healthy Aging programs are designed to help adults get and maintain overall health and wellness in the later years of their lives.
The mission of MSU Extension is to improve the lives of Montana residents by providing unbiased, research-based education and information that integrates learning, discovery and engagement to strengthen the social, economic and environmental well-being of individuals, families and communities. The MSU Extension Montana Healthy Aging Initiative is a goal for residents of Montana to be their best self across their lifespan. Healthy aging is a concept for you to strive to work on challenges you may face using preventative programs and services, becoming involved in your community and creating healthy living habits and behaviors. This page is dedicated to healthy aging across the lifespan and features education and information on how to be your best self.
