Facilitating a Workshop

Use our Timeline and Checklist to help plan your workshop efficiently:

1.  Submit your Workshop Proposal to PLT-MT (alexiosbrown@montana.edu) as early as possible. 

     This includes information such as:

  • The date, location, and timeframe of the workshop
  • Co-facilitator and others helping with the workshop
  • PLT materials needed for the workshop

2.  Submit any flyers/promotional materials and your tentative/draft workshop agenda to PLT-MT Coordinator.

3.  At the Workshop

  • Submit a Facilitator Coversheet along with the Participant Forms to the PLT-MT office
  • Follow up with attendees
