Katie Dow is a recognized financial strategist and one of the leading voices in behavioral finance—the
science of how emotions, habits, and psychology shape the way people make money decisions.
She is the only Certified Financial Behavior Specialist™ (CFBS™) in both Montana and
Idaho, placing her in a rare category of professionals trained specifically to diagnose
and change the money behaviors that sabotage long-term wealth. With a background in
wealth management, leadership development, and financial psychology, Katie helps individuals,
families, and organizations move beyond surface-level financial advice and into sustainable
behavioral change. Her work bridges the gap between what people know they should do
and what they actually do, creating better financial decisions, healthier relationships
with money, and more confident leadership.
Cathy Mobley serves as a consultant, coach and facilitator for world-leading companies, delivering
high-impact learning programs and coaching executives on communications, leadership,
and presentation effectiveness. She has a practical, relational, and direct approach
in helping others increase their self-awareness, as well as identify the barriers
to their optimal performance. While being raised in New York City, Cathy now enjoys
life in Bozeman, MT with her husband, where they have access to a multitude of outdoor
activities and nature. Cathy has three children, three grandchildren, and three cats!
Katie Pederson has been an Edward Jones financial advisor since 2010.
Whitney Sullivaniis a resilience speaker, Enneagram practitioner, communication professor, and leadership
coach dedicated to helping individuals and teams thrive. With a decade of experience
in higher education and leadership development, she empowers women to lead with authenticity,
confidence, and resilience. Using tools like the Resilience Battery and the Enneagram,
Whitney creates reflective, energizing spaces that help people reconnect with their
strengths and step bravely into their leadership potential.
Suzi White is an Associate Financial Advisor, working alongside veteran Financial Advisor Katie
Pederson, CFP®. With a background in commercial lending, business consulting, entrepreneurship,
and nonprofit leadership, she brings over 20 years of experience in financial strategy
and business development.
Morgan York-Singer is a 5th generation Montanan, she grew up in Missoula MT where her family instilled
a deep love of the outdoors, including hiking, skiing, backpacking, mountain biking
and camping. She received her bachelor of science degree from the University of Oregon
in 2005 and after being a dedicated ski bum at Alta Ski area she enrolled and received
her Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Montana in 2009. She soon after
began post doctorate studies in the specialty of pelvic health and has not looked
back. She was awarded the American Physical Therapy Association's prestigious Emerging
Leader award in 2013 for the state of Montana after serving numerous positions on
the state chapter's board of directors. In 2016 she applied for and was accepted to
sit for her Pelvic Rehab Practitioner Certification making her the first in the state
of Montana to complete. Morgan and her business partner co-founded Montana Core Physio
- a specialized pelvic physical therapy clinic - in 2023. She takes a very hands on
approach to her patient’s care, with education being a large component of treatment.
She firmly believes that if we truly understand what is happening between the neuromuscular
systems there can be true connection and comprehension to what symptoms or problems
her patient’s might be experiencing and then they can be given the appropriate tools
to take a more active approach to care, creating the results they desire. When not
working, Morgan loves spending time with her two active boys and faithful dog in the
mountains or on the slopes. Additionally she loves live music and traveling and spending
quality time with friends and family.
